Winter 2022
We branded The Macotta Club, and its name was carefully chosen to give a nod to the history of its building and future location.

Fall 2022
The Macotta Club was underway! Funds were raised, partnerships were formed, and concept drawings were created. The ground floor of the Knapp’s Building was cleared to make way for construction.

Summer 2022
A concept was born. Plans to build an incubator program that supported Lansing’s next generation of culinary talent started to come together. How would we do it, how would we fund it and how fast could we get it off the ground? We went to work on answering these questions.
